Our company's history
The story of our company is about the rise of a small idea to an international corporation. It all started in Sweden in 1958 with a small manufacturer of plastic blow moulding machines. About 7 years later, the production of hollow plastic spheres began in Denmark.
From there on everything happened very quickly: Our independent sales office for EURO-MATIC balls has existed in Witzenhausen since 1980 and we service customers in Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium and Switzerland. In 2005, the production in Denmark was taken over by the Weener Plastic Packaging Group and was finally relocated to Hungary, two years later. Later, in 2014, the company EURO-MATIC Kft. was founded and took over the manufacturing of EURO-MATIC balls. Now, we are also the point of contact for the Scandinavian market.
Today, we can proudly call ourselves one of the leading and most versatile manufacturers of hollow plastic spheres. We carry balls for soft play areas, medical applications, industrial purposes and for covering in areas such as airports, wastewater treatment, lagoons, ponds, tanks, mines and many more.
Among other things, EURO-MATIC is the market leader because we have been able to patent a number of our products, for example the self-filling ball. We also offer quality guarantees, which sets us apart from other providers.
We remain committed to our high quality of service and know that we need to focus on production efficiency in order to remain competitive and ensure our success for the future.
